17/5/15:  We are going with Amcol Super Home for our electrical stuff after handover from MJH.  They will be installing "our wonderhome" additions

• Doorbell that will send a push notification to the phone - and we can unlock the door from the phone
• Control lighting from the ipad on the wall... or our phones
• Installation of our "extras" - downlights (yes, dimmable from our phones...), fans
• Alarm system
• Security cameras with separate HDD to write to
• Setup wireless for house with central router located in the ceiling
• Bathroom fans that stay on about 10mins after the light is switched off...
• other programming possibilities.... can't think of more right now.... 
• control the tv from the phone... 
• situate the foxtel in garage... near the NBN.. something technical goes here :)
• .... the list goes on!  SUPER HOME INDEED!!!
