Step by step.... the timeline...

• 14 April 2014 - Paid deposit to McDonald Jones Homes - we are underway!
• 14 April 2014 - Paid deposit on land - A Binding Contract!
• 28 May 2014 - Full colour appointment - completed
• 1 December 2014 - MJH Electrical appointment - completed
• 16 February 2015 - Super Home appointment - completed
• 27 April 2015 - Land sent for LPI
• 9 July 2015 - Land Settlement (October 2015 - Sunset date for registration of land)
• 2 September 2015 - Build plans submitted to CDC, pending Sydney Water approval stamp
• 4 September 2015 - Sydney Water approval stamp received and forwarded with to CDC file
• 25 September 2015 - CDC Approval Recieved, forwarded to ANZ
• 2 October 2015 - Placed on the Construction List - 20 days to start construction!!!
• 12 October 2015 - Notified of the Slab Supervisor's name and phone. He will contact us soon.
• 18 October 2015 - Cut and fill
• 20 October 2015 - Construction Starts!!!!
• 22 October 2015 - Meeting with Slab Supervisor Ryan R. - Piers completed
• 23 October 2015 - drains under slab dug
• 24 October 2015 - drains completed, covered and capped
• 14 February 2016 - House is locked up!
