Floorplan

After looking through many 1000's of floorplans... (most likely it was only 100's but it sure felt like 1000's...) we had narrowed it down to three - 2 by McDonald Jones Homes and 1 by Masterton - the more we looked, the more we felt happiest with the McDonald Jones Homes Santorini... then narrowed it down to the standard size as opposed to the Manor.  We LOVE the layout.. Master bedroom to the rear with the stacking door onto the alfreso, laundry on the side of the house where the line will be (and all the space!), separate toilet from the main bath, a study area.. Even room to have a craft room (ok, at least a space to store the craft gear ha ha!)

A couple of modifications - 

• the ensuite is the size of the ensuite in the Manor - pushing out both sides under the eaves - this will give us enough room for the double vanity 
• The store area from the Garage has been swapped to be part of the laundry.
• Extended RHS of garage by 450mm
• Separate toilet to include a handbasin (so we lose 600mm from the built in 3000mm desk - oh well....)
• Extended the pantry by 1120mm and added additional door
• Moved the stacking door in the Master to open onto the alfresco and installing a long high window on the back wall of the Master.
